"Jasmine and Stephen were wonderful! After a consult with another person we were feeling discouraged. They said it can’t be done and would cost way too much. Get down flooring did our neighbors bathroom and they kept saying Stephen can do it. When he came to look at it he made it sound possible to do everything we wanted and the cost was affordable. Jasmine did a wonderful job communicating and installing. Repairing drywall and moving things to prepare the area. They were quick and cleaned everyday, very accommodating. "We are so glad that we found Steve and Get Down Flooring. We had two bathrooms that needed tile after being demolished to install new pipes after a water leak. We initially hired a different company that did not do a satisfactory job and we had to start over. Steve came in and did a superior job. In one bathroom he was able to install a complex raised pattern Arabesque tile and make the pattern look seamless as it joined in the corners. In another bath we wanted a whimsical waterfall and he was able to design and blend it into the field tile. We have another bathroom to do and we will definitely use Get Down Flooring again. As a side note my father was a builder and a perfectionist. I learned what was good work and what wasn’t. Steve does good work."

Our marble was a bit more to install because of the size and he and his team did a superb job, everything is squared and flush the way it should be. We had used other tilers in the past and have been through the ringer and was hesitant for any one else to do our tile, bur working with them was something completely different. "My home flooded in October 2016. I fought for years with the insurance company and contractors trying to fix the problems. The problems were endless and endlessly frustrating. Finally, in April of 2019 I had settled with the insurance company and found the the floor that I wanted and was looking for a reputable company to install them. I had other local flooring companies not call back, miss appointments and estimates, be hours late, or generally not know anything about flooring. I was so relieved when I found this company and family. It was a breath of fresh air. They treat their job as if they are doing it for their own family, and you are now part of it. They are prompt, kind, professional, and reasonably priced- and they work they did was excellent. I had some extremely difficult to work with solid hickory planks that required gluing due to the nature of my home. It was tedious and difficult, and turned out fantastic. I would highly recommend Get Down Flooring for anyone who appreciates good work, value, professionalism and kindness. I cannot recommended them enough."
